Kathleen Harmon previously served as Sphere3’s Chief Nurse Executive where she oversaw clinical leadership, development of clinical collaboration workflows, and leveraging clinical communication data to provide holistic, meaningful information at the point of care. Prior to that role, Kathleen served as Chief Nursing Executive at Burwood Group where she led clinical communication strategy, deployments, and achieving desired outcomes among top academic teaching systems and large IDNs.
